Biggest Loser Challenge
Summer is just around the corner – are YOU ready to show off your beach body? If not, come meet some of your neighbors, bust a few moves in Bootcamp and learn a little bit about what you should be feeding your body.
We will be running a challenge to see who can be “Riverbend’s Biggest Loser.” The challenge will start on April 1 and finish on June 4. The cost to participate is $50 per person. This money will go towards a pot of cash that will be awarded to the individual who loses the most weight (based on percentage change) AND who undergoes the greatest physical transformation.
To kick off the challenge, we will be having an informational meeting on March 19 at 4:30pm at the Riverbend Clubhouse. You may sign up at that time as well as weigh in! We will also be taking some before pictures – front, side and back. Men should wear shorts and women should wear shorts and a sports bra like top. Pictures will be PRIVATE and will not be posted anywhere on the internet! You must weigh in by April 1 to be eligible to participate.
At the meeting, we will give you some nutritional guidance on what to eat as well as some workout ideas. We will also discuss weekly incentives and how the overall winner will be decided.
As of right now, weekly weigh ins will be held at Bootcamp on the following dates:
• Saturday, April 9 @ 8am
• Saturday, April 16 @ 8am
• Saturday, April 23 @ 8am
• Saturday, April 30 @ 8am
• Saturday, May 7 @ 8am
• Saturday, May 14 @ 8am
• Saturday, May 21 @ 8am
• Saturday, May 28 @ 8am
