Please be advised that ATV traffic is not permitted on any company owned vacant land

(to include active construction areas) at any time. In addition, the discharge of firearms

is restricted on company land.

It has been reported to the Association that there has been damage to personal property

due to the irresponsible discharge of a firearm. This simply will not be tolerated in

Riverbend Plantation. Violations of these restrictions will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
